Criteria Applicable to Special Award Categories

Over recent years, the ARA has successfully introduced a ‘Special Awards for Excellence’ category in advance of regulatory requirements for reporting on environmental matters (1997), Corporate Governance (1998) and Occupational Health and Safety (2000). Special Awards were also introduced for Communication (1998), the Chairman’s Award for the Best First-Time Entry (2000), Knowledge Capital (2006) and for excellence in Electronic (Online) reporting in 2007.
