Prior to his appointment to USANZ, Alex Malley has had extensive experience in professional consulting and the tertiary education sector. His consulting interests have included general management contracting, facilitation, strategic planning and professional education and training. Alex has also held a number of senior roles in the academic sector and serves as the independent chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Audit Office NSW, and of the Office Police Integrity, Victoria. Alex joined the ARA Board in 2002.

Arthur Delbridge is former Assistant General Manager, Advance Bank Australia Limited, following a career in marketing with international companies. Arthur writes and lectures extensively on annual reporting and corporate communication and consults to many Australian corporate and government organisations. Arthur has supported the ARA for more than 25 years. He became an Adjudicator in 1982, a Co-coordinator in 1986 and Director in 1989. Arthur was ARA Chairman from 1994 to 2000 and is currently Chairman of the Awards Committee. In June 2007, he was appointed a Member in the General Division of the Order of Australia for services to business and commerce and to the community.

Carole Rushford is a senior public relations practitioner who specialises in annual report management and education. Carole has extensive project management experience in annual reporting for both corporate and non corporate organisations. She is immediate Past Chairman of both Deakin University's Academic Advisory Board for Public Relations and RMIT University's School of Business Public Relations Advisory Board.
Carole has supported ARA for 15 years, as an Adjudicator from 1993, a Coordinator from 1997 and Board member from 1998.
John Horder AM LLB FCPA

John Horder is a Director of MSM Loss Management specialising in business interruption claims, product liability and recall and litigation support. John has supported the ARA for over 20 years, first as a member of the Panel of Advisers and then as a Co-ordinator. He joined the Board in 1995 and he was Chairman from 2001 to 2005.
Tim Sheehy B BA MBA Grad Dip FM ASCPA

Tim Sheehy is Chief Executive Officer of Chartered Secretaries Australia (CSA), the peak body representing governance professionals in Australia. Mr Sheehy joined CSA as chief executive in 1999. During his tenure, Mr. Sheehy has worked vigorously to promote adoption of governance best-practice. Through rigorous advocacy with regulators, government and the media, he ensures that CSA takes an agenda-setting role on all important governance issues.
Before joining CSA, he held distinguished roles in management consulting with McKinsey & Company and Anderson Consulting, in investment banking with Westpac and Swiss Bank Corporation and in education with the Securities Institute of Australia and the University of New England.
Mr Sheehy holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Business Administration from Loyola University of Los Angeles and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Management from the University of New England, Armidale.
John Olesky BA MPRIA
John was Corporate Communications Manager at the Victorian Auditor-General’s Office from 1987 to 2008, and has over 20 years experience in publishing and communications. He advises educational and professional organisations on public relations, marketing and communication practices, particularly organisations within the public sector. John has been involved in the ARA since 1993 as an Adjudicator, and he has been a Co-ordinator since 1997. He joined the Board in 2000.
Malcolm Duce MA, FCA, FCPA, FIIA (Aust)
Until his recent retirement from the public service, Malcolm was Principal Project Manager with the Queensland Department of Local Government, Planning, Sport and Recreation. Malcolm Duce initiated, and managed the Queensland Public Sector Annual Report Awards for 25 years until 2006. He has extensive experience in financial management and change management in the private sector with two large accounting firms in Australia and overseas, and in the public sector with the Brisbane City Council and the Queensland Government. Malcolm became an ARA Adjudicator in 1995 and he has been a Co-ordinator since 1998. He joined the Board in 2004.
