Comment on council’s major functions and operations, including roads, waste disposal and community services and how these are benched marked for best practice .
Comment on community democratic governance arrangements, including elections, and community consultation and engagement.
Comment of the alignment, integrity, and reliability of information systems producing internal reports to the council and external reports to the community and other stakeholders.
Comment on the state of physical infrastructure, capital expenditure, asset management, and long term infrastructure needs and forecasts.
Comment on any federal or state government investigations (including ombudsman) into local government activities.
Comment on any new legislation that has significantly affected the structure and operations of the council.
