A very straightforward, clear and concise report that provides an excellent presentation of objectives that are translated into measurable performance targets. The first eleven pages convey excellent information on performance over seven years and Balanced Scorecard reporting. Great statistical summaries and good attention to future challenges are found throughout the report. |
