A clean, quality production, this annual report uses a theme of “A day in the life of…” to present its story. Focus is very much on people. It opens on favourable results of a survey of Victorian hospitals which focused on its performance against other hospitals. The report highlights the hospital’s compassion, experience and energy in treating patients. Case histories give a human dimension to the report. Staff and their individual contributions are also highlighted. |
